What We Need to Begin
To initiate trust administration, we require a formal instruction from the handling attorney or law firm. Once received, we will draft the trust deed within 24–48 hours and manage all subsequent steps through to the Letter of Authority and family onboarding.

What Happens After You Submit
- We acknowledge receipt of your referral within 4 business hours
- Our team reviews the court order and contacts you to confirm the trust deed structure
- We draft the bespoke trust deed within 24–48 hours and circulate for signature
- We register the trust via the Master's online portal and keep you updated on status
- We conduct a personal onboarding meeting with the beneficiary and family
- Your file closes — we assume full professional guardianship from this point
