How do I submit a claim for school fees or medical costs?
Complete the Standard Claim Form above and attach the invoice or quote from the provider. Once received, we process the payment directly to the school or medical provider — you do not need to handle any money yourself. For urgent medical needs, call our 24-hour emergency line
How long does it take to process a claim?
Routine claims submitted with a valid invoice are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Urgent medical authorisations are handled immediately via our 24-hour emergency line. Major capital requests such as home modifications or vehicle purchases require a needs assessment before approval and may take 5–10 business days.
